POSITION: Project Manager
A senior level engineer with a key management and engineering role.
Responsibilities:

  • Propose technical solutions to meet contract requirements and cost targets; analyze & calculate proof compliance to customer specifications; manage project team composed of mechanical and electrical engineers; configuration management; lead design and project reviews.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 years of project management, and 5 years of design engineering experience.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage project teams.
  • Possess very good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Possess strong organizational, project planning and cost management skills.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks. 
  • Knowledge of shock, vibration, structural or thermal analysis a plus.
  • Possess sound business and engineering judgment to mitigate program cost, schedule, and technical risks.
  • Knowledge with military contracts and specifications. 
  • Ability to be self-directed, multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • US citizenship is a strict requirement for the job. Non-US citizens will not qualify.

POSITION: Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical Engineer with a primary focus on design and analysis
Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D CAD design models, assemblies and detail drawings and BOM using SolidWorks and ERP system; configuration management; perform FEA, shock, vibration and thermal analysis; analyze & calculate proof compliance to customer specifications; participate in design and project reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of project BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge in packaging design for electronic equipment.
  • At least 5 years mechanical design experience using SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of shock, vibration, structural or thermal analysis.
  • Experience in Military specifications. 
  • Must be familiar with industry codes and standards such as ANSI, AWS, ASME, etc.
  • Ability to be self-directed, multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • US citizenship is a strict requirement for the job. Non-US citizens will not qualify.

POSITION: Electrical Engineer
Electrical Engineer responsible for electrical design product support and testing.
Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical block diagrams, schematics, wire tables, cabling, shielding, & grounding; research & specify electrical components for design; configuration management; analyze & calculate proof compliance to customer specifications; participate in design and project reviews.

  • At least 5 years electrical design experience.

  • Knowledge in cable routing design.
  • Must be familiar with electrical codes and standards.

POSITION: Engineering Interns
The position is for a student in search of internship in a dynamic organization. This intern will be given the opportunity to learn about engineering design and manufacturing of electro mechanical enclosures and consoles for naval systems. It will teach the intern about MIL-SPEC requirements. This intern will gain exposure to real world corporate business atmosphere, and work with a multicultural, dynamic, motivated team.
Requirements:

  • All candidates must be rising juniors or seniors in their undergraduate program to apply.
  • Preferred majors: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be available to work 40hrs/week, Monday through Friday
  • 3.0 GPA or above preferred.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism and maturity in the workplace.
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in use of CAD, Word, Excel, and Power Point applications
